William Ralston-Saul

Founder | Lead Tutor

William started his career working in the mining industry. He co-founded his first mining company in 2006, which he later sold in 2013. William’s next venture was to co-found two companies, one focused on nanotechnology research and the other on Indian affordable education, where he remains actively involved to this day.

William first took an interest in blockchain in 2017. After several years of becoming increasingly involved in the space he decided that comprehensive education was one of the real missing ingredients. In 2020 William co-founded the InCrypto Hub Platform to start addressing this issue.

Charlie Erith

Founder | Wiston Capital

Charlie is the Fund Manager of the Bitcoin and General Fund, and founder of crypto investment and research specialists, Wiston Capital.

Charlie has 30 years’ experience in financial markets. He started his career at Cazenove (later JPMorganCazenove), before running institutional long/short and long only portfolios at Boyer Allan, Stone Drum and Coupland Cardiff (now Chikara).

The Bitcoin and General Fund was launched in January 2021. His analysis of bitcoin can found in CHAINLETTER, which is published on Substack.

With a background spanning digital design & development across web and mobile apps, Tom brings a decade of hands-on experience to Incrypto Workshop.

Tom has also been deeply engaged in the evolving crypto landscape since 2017, blending practical industry experience with a passion for education.
